Why Eat Healthy Foods

 

I have learned that it is very important to eat healthy foods for various reasons. For instance, fruits and vegetables, as well as milk and grains is very important to have in your diet. These types of foods help your body function and these foods give your body energy. Eating certain healthy foods, such as blueberries contain many vitamins which help your body and your cells grow stronger.It is also very crucial to have physical activity every day too. If too many unhealthy foods and oils are consumed, then your amount of body fat will increase. You will also be more suseptible to certain diseases.

What can junk food do to you...

On the other hand, I learned that eating too much unhelathy foods or junk food is not good for the body. Many junk foods contain many unkown ingrediants that are also not good for you. For instance, Sugar Dextrose, another type of sugar t hat harms your body. These types of sugars can make your bones rot faster, and make them weaker. Certain junk foods with too much sugar, overtime will decrease your energy level as well. Also, foods with too much fat can harm your body, by filling your body mass with more fat, as well as raising your blood pressure for older people. This is why you should not eat to many unhealthy foods.
